anyway, folks, there's a short story behind this choice of the photo.

you know, back in the days, one day i saw a video clip on MTV, r'n'b/rap with oriental tune in it, indian like, and i was MESMERIZED. I mean, totally LOVED IT, I was 12 then. It was in 2002, i had no idea that there's such thing called Bollywood, but I remember I was fascinated by that indian samples in the song.

anyway, as i had no freakin idea who was singing in it, i kept on LOOKING FOR THIS SONG FOR 8 YEARS.

No, i'm not kidding, everytime i had a glimpse of it in my mind, i tried to find it, and yesterday, i did.

my breath has stopped, and still stops as i listen to it - it's a fine fine fine song, but that's not why i'm so outta my mind right now - just imagine, you're looking for one mysterious and, after those 8 years of searching, almost spiritual-like tune, and now you have it...

it's also very important to me cause it makes me think of myself, 12 years-old back then, who sat in front of the tv and was just HYPNOTISED by the tune.

you may think it's not a good song, but it's very important to me, i can't even explain it now, it's something that makes me think of things like past lives and deja vus.... i feel just weird now that i found it.

it has some samples of Lata Mangeshkar's 'Thoda Resham Lagta Hai' - imagine, i knew this one, and i couldn't figure out that it was used in the song that i was looking for...

anyway, this mystical mood made me wanna colour Ava, as her eyes are the most mysterious eyes, too...
